So in that standpoint, I think, you know, I think the shelter's play an important role and if maybe you get it, maybe they figure. If you get too, if you get too uppity, they're going to send you off to jail, you know, if you start disrupting this whole system they're going to send you off to jail, but the reality is they need these shelters because that's how they're making all. But something where that's not going to be beneficial to the people and even if you look at their plans, quote-unquote to build 20% low-income housing. If they redevelop rosewater, the the and rosewater 2000 are what we refer to as rosewater 2000 across the street from the Plain Dealer building. Let's keep in mind what they mean by low income and often when they say low-income what they're talking about or people who make around 20 to 25 thousand. I'm not sure if that's the exact figure, but that's very close to the figure that the government uses to Define low-income housing. And so what they're talking about, our rents in the for 500 range as low income. They're not talking about affordable housing for people who are making 515 an hour. And if you think about it, affordable housing for someone who works full-time 52 weeks, a year at 5:15 an hour affordable, housing defined by Hud is 30% of your income. And that, a HUD being the Housing and Urban Development and 30% of your income per month would be a Approximately 240 dollars and that's still a high figure. As far as fordable housing goes back in the old days, people used to say, 10% of your income. And that would be approximately $80 a month. So tell me if there's anyone out there. Who knows, good places to get rent, for either 240, ranging, from 80 to 244 what we're really calling. Low-income.
