I am going to ask you a question and the question is: what is something you have done that is really, really valuable that you can share? So I've actually worked quite a couple of places mostly in the food service industry and customer service. For me, I think probably the most impactful job that I worked out was at my sushi restaurant. And that was basically, it was a restaurant called Sushi Nari and the staff there were all Korean and I'm Chinese, so I don't really know Korean but it was really interesting being able to learn with them being able to communicate with them despite the language barrier. And I think that through the sort of like our teamwork we have obviously was a little bit hard to communicate at first, but I think it was through these hardships that we sort of learned to work together and I was sort of was able to adapt to these challenges and be able to sort of create a better work atmosphere for us all and hopefully for the customers as well. But for me, it was just being able to talk to and work with a variety of different sort of adults from different cultures and different backgrounds as well and just be able to all sort of share like a common purpose of being up to serve at a resturaunt.

Sounds awesome. Can you share anything in particular that you did that you felt opened up communication [inaudible]? So I'll continue I'll stick to my sushi place. Then for our Sushi restaurant, that was for sushi chefs and three of them were Korean and one of them spoke Spanish. So it was really nice just being able to talk to them and they didn't know any English at all. So for me, I kind of had to talk to my manager who spoke a little bit of English and then from then he'd sort of, like, pass on what I was saying, or like what I have to do. Basically, and I think the first couple of weeks it was pretty challenging. But after that, I actually tried to start learning a little bit of Korean, just like the basic things, like basic phrases. Like, can I get this role of sushi? Or like, can I get or like this customer is here, for example, so, just learning those like, little phrases. I thought, and being able to meet communicate with them, and see how different there are personalities, sort of, not really changed, but how they opened up to me because I was able to sort of speak their language and be able to understand them on, like, a more personal level. I think that was really cool to be able to see. And that's even from those like, short little phrases or those small for conversations, with them in Korean. I think it really opened their personalities and we were able to talk more closely and in a more like familial sense.
