Humanities Truck Community Archive
On May 30, 2026 the Humanities Truck attended the Petworth Porchfest and conducted oral history interviews with festival participants interested in sharing their experiences in the Petworth neighborhood. The Humanities Truck also featured their past oral history interviews with people who spoke about or lived in Petworth in a pop-up exhibit titled Remixing Petworth. DJ Skeleton also contributed to the exhibit by using audio clips generated from these interviews to create a funky, up-beat party mix. Find out more about the event with the Humanities Truck website. This digital collection includes video oral history interviews, interview transcripts, and photographs taken of the event in May 2026.
